Acceptable Use Policy
Rules for using the Website and Thynkr services.
1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone who uses thynkrsystems.com, and to clients and their authorised users when they use systems, environments or tools that THYNKR provides or operates under the Client Services Terms.
Clients must ensure their authorised users comply with it. THYNKR’s products have their own acceptable use policies.
2. Prohibited uses
The Website and THYNKR services must not be used to:
- violate applicable law;
- commit fraud or facilitate deceptive transactions;
- process stolen or unauthorised payment credentials;
- distribute malware;
- interfere with platform security;
- probe or scan systems without authorisation;
- gain unauthorised access to accounts or data;
- impersonate another person or business without authority;
- infringe intellectual-property rights;
- transmit unlawful threats or harassment;
- send unlawful spam or direct marketing, including through the contact form;
- scrape or bulk-extract data without permission;
- bypass usage, authentication or security controls;
- develop malicious software;
- upload content or Personal Data the user has no right to process; or
- misuse AI features to facilitate unlawful conduct.
3. Security testing
Security research, vulnerability scanning or penetration testing may only be conducted with THYNKR’s prior written authorisation and within an agreed scope.
4. Fair use and resource protection
THYNKR may apply reasonable technical limits to prevent activity that disproportionately degrades the Website or services, threatens stability, creates security risk or imposes abnormal infrastructure load.
5. Enforcement
THYNKR may investigate suspected violations and restrict or suspend relevant activity where reasonably necessary.
Where practicable and safe, THYNKR will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy non-urgent violations.
Serious illegal, fraudulent or security-threatening activity may result in immediate suspension or termination.
